ประกาศนี้จัดทำขึ้นตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) โดย Rabop ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับเว็บไซต์ rabopai.comThis notice is given under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) by Rabop, acting as data controller for the website rabopai.com.

The LINE OA is billed in your name, and if you stop working with us the data stays with you. We access only what is necessary to maintain the system, and only on your instructions.

เราจะตอบคำขอใช้สิทธิภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอ และไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับคำขอตามปกติWe respond to a rights request within 30 days of receiving it, at no charge for an ordinary request.
ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลSecurity
ระบบที่เราสร้างใช้การเข้ารหัสระหว่างการรับส่งข้อมูล การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามบทบาทผู้ใช้ และการบันทึกประวัติการเข้าถึง หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล เราจะแจ้ง สคส. ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงตามมาตรา 37(4)The systems we build use encryption in transit, role-based access control and access logging. In the event of a personal-data breach that poses a risk to rights and freedoms, we notify the PDPC within 72 hours as required by section 37(4).
